You will have to excuse me today I have been covered in paint and unable to get to the computer. Yep you guessed it another class and another day of inspiration and fun!

here are the two pages we did in class at the wonderful Paper Flourish in Adelaide.

Our tutor was Janine an extremely talented scrapbooker and it was a packed class and we all had such fun despite the heat of 17 odd heat guns all going at once.

I have always admired artists who could let themselves go and create mixed media pieces as I always love the look of them. It was good for me to do it in a step by step class as it appealed to my sense of order and enabled me to feel like I was doing it right. Janine of course was

trying to get it across to us that there is no right and wrong and messy is good (A concept  I will have to keep working on!!) But never the less we made a mess, had a great time and ended up with a couple of art journal pages that I love looking at. Today I added to my blue page adding some deeper colouring and then adding the fairy. Now my next challenge is to get back in my creative space and do one of my own!! Stay tuned!
