Just thought I would share a little scrapping project I worked on a little while back. I was asked to a Mad Hatters Tea party so thought I would 'scrap a hat'.
I used the largest white foam sheets I could find in my local Riot Art supply store and then used coordinating papers from the Kaisercraft 'sweet treats' range to decorate it. I could only make it to a certain diametre and it didn't quite fit like a normal hat should so I added the white tulle and tied it on a bit like Mary Poppins.
It worked a treat and yes I won first prize for the hat! Oh now, I think it's time for a cuppa!
