Easter Blessings

Hello there,  Happy Easter to all!

                                                      What a wonderful time of year. People spending time with family and chocolate at every turn. What more could you ask. Of course the blessing of Easter is far more important than that of course, with Jesus Christ dying on the cross for us so that we may have eternal life. Easter Sunday reminds us that if we put our trust in him we have nothing to fear and that he will be there for us forever more. What an amazing gift he has given us.

                                                        In Australia it isn't spring but the Autumn weather is still beautiful and makes for a great time to have picnics, go camping or just spend time with family. I have been busy making some Easter treat bags for some very special little girls. I am sure they will like the contents even if they are a bit young to appreciate the wrapping!!

 

Also with hubby away on his yearly toy soldier weekend I have had lots of peace and quiet to get creative in my studio. I have complete a page of our cat Piper which as you can see from the picture obviously got up to a little bit of mischief. Now I don't know if she found a mouse under the Queens chair but she is a magnificent mouser and certainly catches her fair share.

 

I used a range of Kaisercraft pages that combined beautifully. Even the chair and little mouse came from some older collections and with a little embossing powder ended up being just what I needed.
